BILLING Credit cards are charged after the inventory is verified and the items are ready to ship. PURCHASING PDF DOWNLAODS This is repeated in the product descriptions in the online shop, but is listed here in the event a customer needs clarification... Our minimum order is $10. When ordering only PDFs (and no physical products), if your order is under the minimum, we ask that you 'order' multiple copies to meet the minimum. We bill your credit card manually later and we will only bill you for one copy. The minimum is there for mail orders only and we simply have no way to separate PDF orders from mail orders on the system. We apologize for any inconvenience and repeat that you will actually only be billed for one of each type of PDF you order. SHIPPING Shipping is a flat $3.00 USPS for all US Customers, and is charged at actual cost for International Customers. International customers should email for a shipping quote. International orders show a $0.00 on the checkout page. If you place an order for international shipment, shipping costs will be verified with you BEFORE your card is charged. Shipments go out weekly, when scheduling permits in light of normal concerns such as holiday scheduling and the like. RETURNS Returns are accepted for new, sealed merchandise within 14 days of order. There is a 15% restocking fee. NEW PRODUCTS We will add new products to the ordering page when we are ready to take pre-orders. At the point we will have a firm publication date, we will post it in the Coming Soon messages on the home page. IS AN ITEM IN STOCK? We keep our inventory up to date on the website as best we can. If an item is listed as in stock on our website, it most likely is in stock. If it is not in stock, your credit card will not be charged for the item. WHEN ARE THE PDF VERSIONS OF OPERATION MORPHEUS (OR ANYTHING ELSE) COMING OUT? We will post the items for sale at the same time as they are available. We will not release a date until a product done being converted to electronic format.
